Shopping

Once you have purchased the order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive a shipping notification and from there you can track your order. Please see shipping for other shipping information. 

You can create an account/log in to our site by clicking on 'LOG IN' located at the top of the website on the top bar. From there it will prompt you to either create a new account, or log in. You can then view any information about your order or past orders. 

Yes. We offer digital gift cards in denominations of $25, $50, $100. Please see HERE to purchase a gift card. 

We are based in West Hollywood, CA, USA. Our fulfillment center is located at: 2121 West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners. Other payment methods we offer are:  PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay.

The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination's Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, after any applicable discount.

Please send us an email with your order number to: customercare@fivebyfive.cc and we will send you an updated gift card showing the remaining balance. 

Yes, you can use Paypal from outside of the US. You will see all of the payment options upon checkout.

Yes. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Canada, Brazil & the UK. For more information, please see the Shipping Page.

We do not require signatures for residential deliveries. The delivery service will leave the package(s) at your home.

Please notify us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date indicated on your tracking so we can investigate.

Returns and Exchanges

Please see our returns page for our return policy information. 

Please send us an email at customercare@fivebyfive.cc with your order number and any other information about your return. We will then get back to you with return information up to 48hrs from receipt of your email. 

We want to assure you that these are rare occurrences. Being a premium brand, we are always working hard to provide the best quality to our customers, and it’s important to us that these issues are addressed immediately. To request a replacement, please include any pictures you have of the defective or incorrect product and your order number in an email to: customercare@fivebyfive.cc

Once we receive your item back, we aim to refund back to your card within 48hrs. This may take another 7 days to show in your account depending on the bank or card supplier. 

Products

For all of our products, we recommend a cold machine wash on a delicate cycle, and tumble dry on low.

Providing you follow the care instructions, there shouldn't be much change in the fabrics. If either of the wash or dry cycles were hot, there may be some small shrinkage with the bamboo range. 

You can find all of our products in sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL. We have designed our range to be a more fitted and athletic look. Once you find your size on our size guide, if you prefer a looser fit, please choose a size up from that size.

fivebyfive was built on the idea that fitness journeys can feel daunting to some, so why not make the apparel side of things a little more welcoming and inclusive. 

Why fivebyfive? “We wanted to include the number five in our name as it symbolizes freedom, change and courage". fivebyfive is an old radio communications terminology in which users would be asked what is the strength and clarity of their communication, to which their recipient replied “it’s fivebyfive” if it was at perfect strength, perfect clarity (5 being the highest reading).

At this stage, we currently only sell online, but we will update this information should we open a retail store.

Currently there are no career opportunities available. We are a relatively new brand, so at the moment we are building the brand to a point where we can employ more people. This area will be updated when positions become available.
